DARB AL KHAYL opens with passionfruit. It’s juicy and bright, with other fruity notes close behind. Saffron adds warmth, and Turkish rose gives the opening a floral note that sits comfortably beside the fruit.
The heart is richer and woodier. Oud takes the lead, with Indonesian patchouli leaf adding an earthy note and benzoin bringing a touch of resinous sweetness. Together, they give the perfume a depth you might not expect.
Leather gives the base its character. Amber, vanilla, and labdanum bring warmth and sweetness around it, while Akigalawood adds a dry woody note. Catch it again later, and the leather may be what you notice first, followed by a trace of the fruit that started it all.
